Fall Wardrobe Essentials: The 5 Must-Have Trends for a Fashion-Forward Season
It’s fall y’all but the year is 2023 and if you’re anyone with bills and expenses like us; it’s getting harder to spend money on the things we actually want. We’re here to show you 5 core trends that are wardrobe staples trending this season. These trends are timeless and practical allowing you versatility and longevity.
We all want to stay current with the fun trends season over season but sometimes that super cute neon pink blazer; be it a statement, is impractical for seasons to come. Our day-to-day lives are wearing our wallets thin and the decision to put gas in our cars over buying ourselves a cute new ‘fit for our GNO is one of our biggest gripes.
We’ve narrowed down this Fall’s fashion trends to five that are easy to wear, versatile, and interchangeable for day-to-night looks.
- Leather; faux or real. Whichever you’re into
Most of us have that leather bomber in our closets that we go to once the nights get chilly and turn into an instant Boss Babe.
This fall, with puffer vests coming into play; try out a puffer leather vest like our

There’s no discriminating volume when it comes to bottoms. We’re seeing everything from leggings, split seams, cargos, and more. Everything goes well when it comes to the leather trend; the good thing is there are so many possibilities!

If you're looking for a good Spanx dupe, let us introduce you to our 'Glossy Leggings' they have everything you want at a fraction of the cost. (AND they look damn good whether you're pairing with a basic tee or going full Sandy from Grease)

2. Wide Leg Jeans
Your skinny jeans can sit this one out, this season we’re seeing more relaxed-fit denim and we’re actually not mad at it. Straight leg, boot cut, wide leg, mom/dad jeans… whatever you’re into; this is the season to embrace it.
Don’t get me wrong, being 5’3 I was hesitant I’d find a fit with the right width and length that didn’t swallow me whole. BUT we’ve found some great cropped styles as well as regular-length styles that are cute with literally any modern-day sneaker or boot.
We’re also careful to find just the right amount of stretch because if we are finally getting out of our 2020 leggings (and yes girls, it’s time) nobody got time for that 100% Cotton fit. The best part? Our jeans retail under $100 with a premium denim feel 🙌

3. Layering Basic Tops
Every wardrobe needs a ‘basic’ top that can be layered. Usually in neutral tones but colors add a pop to the ‘fit as well. A basic top or ‘shell’ can be a cami, tee, or long sleeve but for the purpose of this Fall Guide, we’re showing you our 2 favs!
>>>Our Everyday Basic Long Sleeve Top is a fitted, double-knit, long-sleeved top that feels smooth like butter.

>>>The Leah Top is a ribbed, tunic-length, long-sleeved top with button detail.

Each of these provides a fit that’ll leave you feeling confident and comfortable whether worn on its own or layered up for the unpredictable fall days.
4. Flannels/ Plaid Tops
Can we all agree on one thing? A good flannel never gets old. The minute that crisp air hits and that hot coffee brews; the feel of that cotton flannel with its bold plaid print just hits. Equally satisfying when plaid in general becomes trendy whether in a blouse or a chunky shacket- we are so here for it. Plaids give an effortless Fall vibe, and you can’t go wrong when paired with cold-weather fabrics.

5. Neutral Colored Sweater
Fall fashion excites me for the fabrics. Usually the chunkier (and oversized) the better. An ivory/white/cream-colored sweater brightens up any look and is timeless no matter the season or trends. We’ve got a few we love to layer.
