Returns

FOR FULL PRICED ITEMS:

You may return or exchange, unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached postmarked within 14 days of receiving your package, for store credit. 

LOCALS,

A POS receipt is included in your package which would allow you to exchange or return in store if you’d like, giving you credit to use in store only. Otherwise all returns will be issued a credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email to be used on the website.

Exchanges:

Because we carry limited quantities of each style, please place a new order for what you’d like in exchange. Once your initial order has been received we will refund your original form of payment. 

 

1. To request a return or exchange, call us immediately to start the return process 203-481-0888. Any other means of communication could be missed and we don’t want there to be any delays.

2. Once your return request is approved you will receive an e-mail, with an optional shipping label to use. Please reuse the original polymer bag we used to ship your order. Include the original paperwork in the return package.

(If you use our return label but choose a different return packaging, this could result in a variance in weight and insufficient postage. In this case the package would be returned to you by the post office, delaying the time it takes for us to receive it).

3. Drop off the package at your local Post Office for shipping. Your return package must be postmarked within 14 DAYS of receiving your order or we will reserve the right to refuse your returned package.

RETURNS WILL HAVE $7.00 DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT FOR RETURN SHIPPING AND PROCESSING FEE. (THIS IS ONLY IF OUR RETURN LABEL IS USED). OTHERWISE, FEEL FREE TO USE YOUR OWN METHOD TO RETURN, AND SHIP TO:

DAMAGED ITEMS
In the rare occasion you received an item and it is damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Please email us with clear pictures of the damage: admin@shoppolished.com. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours of your email you must call us to proceed.

If you have worn and washed an item, we do not consider this a damage. Please be conscious of the washing and care instructions located on the tags. We can not take responsibility for altered merchandise.
