Store Policy

Exchange or store credit by 01.12.19 or 14 days of purchase date. If purchasing a gift and recipient is returning to the store, a receipt of purchase must accompany the items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached.

***FINAL SALE on all promotional items 40% and higher, and sale items, gift cards, socks, bodysuits and intimates such as bralettes.***

All fabrics are delicate, it is important to follow care instructions on garments. Polished is not responsible for shrinking or altering of any kind, and reserves the right to deny returns of this nature.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via store credit that will be emailed to you and can be used online only (not in-store).

Due to limited stock quantity, if you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us right away by phone or email; so we are aware of the situation. You will need to place the new order, and once we receive your return, we will refund your credit card for the initial purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and are receiving a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
