Exchange or store credit granted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since the date you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot honor an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached.

All fabrics are delicate, it is important to follow care instructions on garments. Polished is not responsible for shrinking or altering of any kind, and reserves the right to deny returns of this nature.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via store credit that will be emailed to you and can be used online only (not in-store).
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, send us an email at email@example.com with the size needed so we may hold it until we receive your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and are receiving a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
