Full refunds granted within 7 days of purchase, otherwise store credit or exchange within 14 days.
Items must be unworn, in original selling condition with tags attached.
The return policy timeframe begins at the time of purchase so please plan your pickups accordingly. Otherwise, if receiving your order by mail or delivery, the timeframe begins the day it’s received.
Final Sale: All jewelry, Nubra and fashion tape accessories, bodysuits, winter accessories including hats, gloves, socks/slippers, scarves, all clearance and promotional merchandise.

Because we carry limited quantities of each style, please place a new order for what you’d like in exchange. Once your initial order has been received we will refund your original form of payment.
1. To request a return or exchange, contact us immediately to start the return process.
2. We are happy to email you a return shipping label for your convenience if requested. Please reuse the original polymer bag we used to ship your order. Include the original paperwork in the return package. Deducted from your refund will be $7 to cover the shipping and handling of the return IF our label is used.
(If you use our return label but choose a different return packaging, this could result in a variance in weight and insufficient postage. In this case the package would be returned to you by the post office, delaying the time it takes for us to receive it).
3. Drop off the package at your local Post Office for shipping. Your return package must be postmarked within 7 DAYS for a refund to your original form of payment, or within 14 DAYS of receiving your order or we will reserve the right to refuse your returned package.

In the rare occasion you received an item and it is damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Please email us with clear pictures of the damage: email@example.com. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours of your email you must call us to proceed.
If you have worn and washed an item, we do not consider this a damage. Please be conscious of the washing and care instructions located on the tags. We can not take responsibility for altered merchandise.
